Yoga is a universal tool which connects the world together across all nations and countries. Having said that our  PM  Shri Narendra Modiji started International Yoga day on 21st June every year from 2015. Following that even the president’s and the  minister’s from other countries have also participated in International Yoga day and also have made this day  part of the calendar.

People from all age groups,  practice Yoga from day to day life on regular basis. It is also practiced in schools as part of the curriculum . As Yoga is everything which determines ourselves and balances the body and mind together To achieve yourself, you have to be  detached from yourself while performing yoga, as it means that one should be Hollow and empty, and don’t let your mind do the talking, let the yoga asanas perform the actions. Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter your flame. The nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body that is why it is called as YOGA.
